What we will entrust you with

Developing and implementing uniform code writing standards - taking into account industry best practices and the specifics of the current project code.
Reviewing and optimizing current CI/CD pipelines, evaluating the current process, identifying problem areas and suggesting improvements.
Implementing new technologies or techniques, if necessary, to improve efficiency and speed of development.
Implementing a systematic code review: establishing a code review process, defining code quality requirements, and training the team on the process.
Implement a quality control system: automated testing or other measures to ensure high code quality.
Developing team skills: organizing regular training and coaching to improve team skills and code quality.

Expectations

Work experience: more than 6 years.
Experience in managing and developing Frontend team.
Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, including best practices, frameworks and libraries.
Understanding and familiarity with Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
Knowledge and understanding of CI/CD principles.
Knowledge of code-review principles and practices.
Understanding of system design fundamentals and software architecture.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of automated testing and code quality control tools.
