Responsibilities:

Find out how current processes work through customer surveys and existing documentation.

Develop the best way to implement the processes in Salesforce and Certinia.
-
Hand over your work with documentation to the customer, train them and let them test it thoroughly.

Finally, migrate your configuration and customer data into production.
What we expect:
-
Experience with ERP implementation and/or experience with Salesforce.
-
A successfully completed apprenticeship or degree in financial accounting, business administration, IT information technology or similar.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Other languages are an advantage

Customer-oriented approach

Willingness to travel
