You will

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
Define product requirements and create user stories, ensuring they align with business objectives, customer expectations, and technical feasibility.
Prioritize product features.
Collaborate with development teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive product strategy and roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to advocate for exceptional user experiences.
English at level B2 or higher.
Familiarity with the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus.
